| The Thruxton Race Circuit is located in the Hampshire village of Thruxton, England. Originally built in 1940 as the RAF Thruxton, and used as a World War II airfield for troop-carrying aircraft during the D-Day landings, it was decommissioned in 1946 and used for motorsport from 1950. The Thruxton race circuit has hosted many race events, including the TOCA British Touring Car Championship, the British Formula 3 and British GT package. |
